Because every piece is handmade and customized just for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom charm jewelry.

However, your satisfaction matters to us! If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it at no cost. Just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll cover return shipping and send a new piece your way.
