Welcome to Cosmo Cowgirl Charm Bar! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, social media platforms, services, and any purchases made from us either online or in-person at events or pop-ups.

By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Custom Orders

All jewelry is custom-made and assembled on-site at events or pop-ups, or handmade to order for online purchases. Due to the personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final. Please confirm your selections carefully before completing your order.

2. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns on custom orders.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a free replacement or repair, including return shipping.
To initiate a replacement, please contact us at cosmocowgirlcb@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item, and include photos and a description of the issue.

3. Shipping

For online orders over $120 USD or orders not completed on-site, we offer free shipping within the U.S.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location
    We strive to fulfill all orders within 7–10 business days.
    You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Payment

All payments are due at the time of purchase.
We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, and other digital payment methods via our secure checkout system.

5. Event Cancellations

If you need to cancel your scheduled Cosmo Cowgirl Charm Bar event, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

  • For events involving a distance fee (outside our local NJ/NY radius), up to 50% of that fee may be retained to cover travel and planning expenses.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to additional fees based on prep time and resource allocation.
    We aim to be flexible and will always do our best to reschedule your event when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, product names, descriptions, and media (including photos and videos) are the exclusive property of Cosmo Cowgirl Charm Bar LLC. You may not copy, repost, or reproduce any materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cosmo Cowgirl Charm Bar LLC is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or other damages resulting from misuse of our products or unforeseen delays beyond our control.

8. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
